Common questions.
- What counts as a tracked visitor?
- A unique anonymous visitor (deduped by cookie) hitting your public site or widget in a calendar month. Workspace admins and editors don't count.
- What's an AI generation?
- Any single AI action, drafting a release or a PRD, suggesting OKRs, categorising a feedback item, dedupe-scanning a new idea. We don't meter embeddings or read-side actions.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade anytime, billed pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Every plan starts with a 14-day no-card trial. Add billing whenever you're ready.
- What happens if I hit my limits?
- We notify you before you do. Visitor and email caps soft-throttle (we keep serving but stop counting until next month). AI generations pause until next month or upgrade.
- Do you offer non-profit / open-source discounts?
- Yes, 50% off any plan for verified non-profits, open-source projects, and student teams. Email us.
