Terms of Service

Effective 2026-06-01

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Productstack, Inc. (“Productstack”, “we”, “our”) covering your access to and use of the Productstack platform, public pages, embeds, and APIs (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the conduct of users they invite.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
  • Resell the Service, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Send spam, scrape end-user data, or use the embed widget to collect information without lawful basis.

3. Your content

You retain all rights in the content you upload to or generate within the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant Productstack a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, and process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not use Customer Content to train shared models.

4. AI features

Some Service features generate output using machine-learning models. AI output is generated from your inputs and may be inaccurate or biased. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. AI features may be subject to additional usage limits described in your plan.

5. Public pages and embeds

Content you choose to publish (public roadmap, ideas board, changelog, knowledge base, embed widgets) is publicly accessible. You are responsible for the lawfulness of content you publish and for moderating contributions from your end users.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing on at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at the start of your next billing period.

7. Trials

Free trials may be offered at our discretion. At the end of the trial, your account converts to the selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the integrity of the Service. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. On termination, we delete your Customer Content within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content (other than Customer Content), is owned by Productstack and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Feedback

If you submit suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant Productstack a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use it without attribution or compensation.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Productstack disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Productstack's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Productstack against third-party claims arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless you reside in a jurisdiction whose consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
